Here are all of the up to date skill changes done in MapleOrigin. (v2 here: http://www.mapleorigin.net/?base=main&page=news&id=9)
 

Changes 10/11:

Fixed typo in demolition (700->750)

Fixed typo in brandish (260->300)

Adding mention of steal change: "Steal can only be used once per boss"

 

Changes 9/5:

Hell's Fire is now unlocked at 4th job

 

Changes 8/30:
Hell's Fire damage decreased from 280 to 240

Chain Lightning damage decreased from 270 to 240

 

Changes 8/25:

Hell's Fire damage increased from 240 to 280 [previous buff: 150 (GMS) to 240]

Chain Lightning damage increased from 240 to 270 [previous buff: 210 (GMS) to 240]

Chain Lightning mobs hit increasd from 3 to 6 (back to GMS default)

 

 

Changes 8/24:

Paralyze damage increased from 260 basic attack to 300 basic attack [previous buff: 210 (GMS) to 300]

NW Alchemist duration of effect increased from 150% to 200% 

NW Claw Mastery additional stars increased from +200 to +450

Fixed typo in number of lines for Chain Lightning (It's 3 lines not 2)

Fixed Boomerang Step animation freezing

 

Beginner:

Nimble Feet speed increased from +20 to +300 and jump +23

 

Bowmaster:

Critical Hit Chance increased from 40% to 50%

Critical Hit Damage increased from 200% to 250%

Puppet HP increased from 6k to 40k

Arrow Rain increased from 100% to 200%

Inferno damage increased to 300%

Phoenix damage increased to 800 basic attack from 550 basic attack

Concentrate attack increased from 26 to 120. Duration decreased from 240 seconds to 120 seconds.

Hurricane damage increased from 100% to 215%

 

Marksman:

Critical Hit Chance increased from 40% to 50%

Critical Hit Damage increased from 200% to 250%

Strafe line increased to 6 and damage increased from 100% to 120%

Puppet HP increased from 6k to 40k

Frostprey damage increased to 750 basic attack from 500 basic attack

Arrow Eruption damage increased from 100% to 200%

Piercing Arrow charge time is significantly reduced and damage increased from 850% to 1000%

Snipe reworked. 250% damage x 10 arrows. 5 second cooldown (shows all critical hits but that’s visual bug)

 

Magician:

Teleport range increased

Elemental Staff 5+ are buffed from 125% to 150%

VL has 150% elemental damage

Elemental Wand 5+, VIP and, Timeless have 135% elemental daamge

Doomsday Staff has 150% Holy damage

Magic Guard cannot be dispelled

 

Archmage (F/P):

Meditation magic attack gain increased from 20 to 40

Magic Amplification damage boost increased from 140% to 200%

Fire Demon damage increased to 240 basic attack and has faster animation

Elquines damage increased to 400 basic attack

Meteor damage reduced from 570 to 390, no cooldown

Infinity cooldown lowered from 10 minutes to 2 minutes

Paralyze line increased to 3

Paralyze damage increased from 210 basic attack to 300 basic attack

Fire Arrow damage increase from 120 basic attack to 170 basic attack

Explosion damage increase from 130 basic attack to 180 basic attack

 

Archmage (I/L):

Meditation magic attack gain increased from 20 to 40

Lightning Spear damage increased to 200 basic attack

Magic Amplification damage boost increased from 140% to 200%

Ice Demon damage increased to 220 basic attack and has faster animation

Ifrit damage increased to 420 basic attack

Blizzard damage reduced from 570 to 390, no cooldown

Infinity cooldown lowered from 10 minutes to 2 minutes

Chain Lightning lines increased to 3

Chain Lightning damage increased from 210 to 240 basic attack (spreads to 6 mobs)

Ice Strike now has 2 lines

Cold Beam damage increase from 100 basic attack to 140 basic attack

Thunderbolt damage increase from 60 basic attack to 100 basic attack

 

Bishop:

Holy Symbol duration increased to 200 seconds

Holy Shield cooldown reduced from 90 seconds to 60 seconds

Infinity cooldown lowered from 10 minutes to 2 minutes

Bahamut damage increased to 500 basic attack

Resurrection cooldown lowered from 30 minutes to 10 minutes

Angel Ray 300 basic attack 2 lines

Bless increase from 20 to 100 on accuracy, avoidability, weapon and magic def

 

Buccaneer:

Backspin Blow delay time reduced, increased mob hit to 6, and increased stun duration to 10 seconds

Corkscrew Blow charge time decreased, and increased mob hit to 6

Shockwave damage increased from 700% to 1000%

Demolition delay time reduced. Damage increased from 400% to 750%

Barrage delay time reduced. Damage increased to 400%

Super Transformation duration increased to 180 seconds

Super Transformation cooldown decreased to 240 seconds

Super Transformation cannot be dispelled

Dragon Strike now has faster animation

Dragon Strike line increased to 2. Damage decreased from 810% to 750%

Energy Orb line increased to 3. Damage decreased from 900% to 750%

Snatch line increased to 3

Time Leap CD reduced to 10 minutes from 20 minutes at max level

Energy Charge now charges at a constant rate regardless of mobs hit

Energy Charge increased weapon att, accuracy, avoid from +20 to +40

 

Corsair:

Invisible Shot mob hit increased from 3 to 6 

Recoil Shot delay reduced 

Ice Splitter line increased to 4. Damage decreased to 100%

Flame Thrower line increased to 4. Damage decreased to 100%

Elemental Boost damage gain reduced from 200% to 150% at max level

Aerial Strike line increased to 3

Aerial Strike hits up to 12 mobs, 5 second cooldown

Wrath of the Octopi now has faster attack animation and mob hit increased to 3

Battleship HP has been significantly increased

Battleship cooldown reduced from 90 seconds to 25 seconds

Battleship takes 50% damge from deadly attacks

Battleship speed is no longer stuck at 80% speed

Battleship Cannon line increased to 5

Battleship Torpedo mob hit increased from 6 to 8

Battleshop Cannon and Torpedo range increased

Rapid Fire damage increased from 170% to 200%

Bullseye additional damage increased from 20% to 40%

 

Thief:

Haste speed increased to +60 and jump increased to +23

 

Night Lord:

Critical Hit Damage increased from 200% to 220%

Avenger line increased to 2

Meso Up duration increased to 180 seconds 

Alchemist duration of effect increased from 150% to 200% 

Triple Throw is now changed to Quad Throw.150% damage, 4 lines 

Shadow Star duration increased to 180 seconds

 

Shadower:

Savage Blow damage increased from 80% to 110%

Band of Thieves line increased to 2

Smokescreen cooldown time decreased from 10 minutes to 6 minutes

Boomerang Step line increased to 5

Boomerang Step now has faster animation

Boomerang Step may now be cast while jumping and near the edge of a platform

Assassinate 4th hit always crits

Assassinate increased damage from 600% to 1200%

Assassinate increased critical damage of 4th hit from 250% to 1500%

Pickpocket mesos dropped increased from 200 to 500

Steal chance increased from 40% to 50%

Steal can only be used once per boss

Assaulter range increased and delay slightly reduced

 

Warrior:

Slash Blast damage increased from 130% to 200%

All Crash skills work on weapon and magic cancel

 

Hero:

Rage attack increase from 12 to 30

Power Guard duration increased to 200 seconds

Panic damage increased from 350% to 700%

Coma damage increased from 200% to 400%

Shout damage increased from 30% to 60%

Enrage attack increased from 26 to 120

Enrage duration decreased from 240 seconds to 120 seconds

Brandish line increased to 3

Brandish damage increased from 260% to 300%

 

Paladin:

Threaten now works on bosses

Threaten reworked, seals enemy magic attack and lowers enemy weapon atk by 50%, wdef/mdef -200 for 30 seconds. 5 min cooldown

Shield Mastery weapon defense increased from 100% to 1000%

Fire Charge, Ice Charge, and Lightning Charge now all have 140%

Advanced Charge Blow damage increased from 350% to 500%

Guardian block rate increased to 25% from 15%

Heaven’s Hammer cooldown decreased from 20 seconds to 10 seconds

Blast line increased to 2. Damage increased from 550% to 600%

 

Dark Knight:

Iron Will buff increased from 20 weapon defense and 20 magic defense to 200 weapon defense and 200 magic defense. 

Dragon Blood attack gain increased from 12 to 25 

Elemental Resistance increased from 40% to 60% 

Spear/Polearm Crusher line increased to 4

Spear/Polearm Crusher damage increased from 170% to 220%

Berserk scales it's hp threshold activation starting at level 18 and scales to 100% uptime at level 30

Hex of the Beholder's 15 weapon attack > 30 weapon attack, 100 wep./magic def > 300, 25 acc. -> 50 acc., 50 avoid. -> 100 avoid

 

Blaze Wizard:

Meditation magic attack increased from 20 to 40

Fire Pillar line increased to 2

Magic Amplification damage boost increased from 130% to 200%

Flame Vortex animation is now faster, but mob hit decreased to 3

Flame Vortex line increased to 3

Ifrit damage increased to 400 basic attack

Meteor damage reduced from 500 to 340, no cooldown

Fire Strike (renamed Hell's Fire) damage increased from 150 basic attack to 240 basic attack

Magic Guard cannot be dispelled

 

Dawn Warrior:

Rage attack increase from 12 to 30

Panic damage increased from 320% to 600%

Coma damage increased from 170% to 350%

Brandish damage increased from 230% to 360%

Soul Driver damage increase from 75% to 100%

 

Night Walker:

Vampire damage increased from 30% to 60%

Shadow Partner skill damage increased from 50% to 75%

Avenger damage increased from 180% to 240% 

Alchemist duration of effect increased from 150% to 200% 

Claw Mastery additional stars increased from +200 to +450

 

Thunder Breaker:

Shark Wave damage increased from 270% to 360%

Spark damage increased from 120% to 160%

Critical Punch critical chance increased from 40% to 50%

Barrage delay time reduced. Damage increased from 170% to 250%

Energy Charge increased weapon att, accuracy, avoid from +20 to +40

Energy Charge now charges at a constant rate regardless of mobs hit

Transformation cannot be dispelled

 

Wind Archer:

Critical Hit chance increased from 40% to 100%

Critical Hit damage lowered from 200% to 150%

Hurricane damage increased from 90% to 120%

Arrow Rain skill changed to Arrow Stream which deals 140% with 3 lines

Puppet HP increased to 40k HP

Wind Shot damage increased from 350% to 600%

Eagle Eye duration decreased from 120 seconds to 60 seconds. 

Wind Piercing damage increased from 550% to 850%

 

Aran:

Rolling Spin stun duration increased from 1 seconds to 10 seconds

Over Swing line increased from 1 to 2. (ie. Double Swing and Triple Swing does 3 lines instead of 2. Double Swing damage is 120% x 3 instead of 170% x 2 and Triple Swing damage is 130% x 3 instead of 190% x 2.)

Final Blow changed from 700% to 325%. Line increased to 3

Combo Barrier damage reduction increased from 20% to 30%

Freeze Standing increased from 90% to 100%
